Joe Carey: President

Joe is the original founder of Fidelity Comtech and the author of the patent used in the Phocus Array™ System. He has more than 20 years wireless engineering experience at companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Qualcomm. Mr. Carey did graduate research in Phased Array Radars at the University of Colorado, where he received a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering.

Robert Weaver PhD : Vice President of Applied Research

Robert holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Colorado, and both the BS and JD degrees from Case Western Reserve University. Former Chief Technology Officer of ionSKY, a wireless Internet service provider in Boulder, Colorado. He has extensive field experience in managing a large wireless network.

Richard Krebs: Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Richard has more than 21 years in high tech sales and marketing management including senior management positions at Motorola, SysKonnect, Trancept Ltd., and SpectraLink. Graduate of University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in computer science and mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering equivalent from the military.

Wayne Smith: Operations Manager

Wayne has more than 26 years of operations, test, and 24/7 service and clean room and FDA approved processes manufacturing management. His experience includes manufacturing data storage disk drives, CD media testers, precision micro dispensing pumps, and food handling with various manual processes and automated machine platforms. He has managed electronic equipment service for North America and a worldwide, established customer call-centers, documention systems, process improvement, material flow, automation, production teams, and engineering / fabrication resources.
